    My week at Akana was nothing short of exceptional, exceeding even my high expectations for a luxury escape. The spacious villa offered breathtaking views from three sides, creating an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation and romance. The air conditioning was a welcome comfort after a day exploring the stunning island, and I delighted in enjoying tea and coffee on the private terrace, soaking in the serene surroundings. The attentive staff, who arranged all our activities and dining experiences, truly elevated our stay; their kindness and efficiency made us feel like honored guests. Every meal was a culinary delight, with the restaurant offering flavors that lingered long after dining. Akana is undoubtedly the best pousada on the island, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway.
